Test of k-casein in bulk milk samples: test kappa

Together with the university of Parma, the Italian Brown Swiss Association ANARB an the Swiss Brown Cattle Breeders’ Federation developed a test of k-kasein in bulk milk samples. This test is a world newness and offers the basic to pay the milk due to its content and quality for cheese production.
