RIGHTS OF THE USERS
With regard to the handling of personal data, each user is entitled (Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003) to have free access to the register in order to ascertain the existence and the accuracy of the data which may concern the user, to  have  the confirmation of the possible existence of personal data and to update, correct or, when necessary, integrate them.
Users are also entitle to cancel, transform into anonymous form or block unlawfully handled data and to refuse on legitimate grounds the handling of personal data.

 

LOCATION AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Data connected to the web services offered through this website are processed at the offices of the ANARB - Associazione  Nazionale Allevatori Bovini della Razza Bruna- and are handled by the staff, co-workers or members of the Association who are in charge of data processing or by those who might be in charge of ordinary maintainace.
The personal data provided by users are used for the sole purposes of providing requested services and performing the tasks requested. This information is transferred to third parties only if it is  required by law or it is necessary to provide the requested service.

 

VOLUNTARY NATURE OF PROVIDING THE REQUESTED DATA
Users are entitled to  communicate their personal data if they are necessary to provide the services offered by the FEDERATION and  the requested services cannot be provided without them.
